Based on the story of the three little pigs, this fun retro will help facilitate conversations focused on improving team structures and becoming stronger.
Purpose of each house:
- Straw: What do we do that just about hangs together, but could fall over at any minute?
- Sticks: What do we do that is pretty solid, but could be improved?
- Bricks: What do we do that is rock solid?
Can be used face to face or remotely.
