Agile Mastery founder Karl Morgan created the company with a passion to share his journey of working in agile environments with others.
With his knowledge in both the public and private sector he has faced many challenges but has always found through sharing and learning with others all problems can be overcome.
Karl’s style is best described as practical, he enjoys reading and the theory of agile but knows there is not a one size fits all approach, every organisation and person is different.
