Retro Template
Want to facilitate better retrospectives then start with planning in advance. This simple template allows you to think through the stages of a retrospective and gather your ideas and thoughts against each one.
It's simple, print the template and complete the white areas. Remember to timebox each one to ensure you can fit it all into the time you have.
Still not sure where to start, don't worry we have you covered. Under the Retro Templates area we have a number of retros you can use for free. All our templates have a plan template and give a visual of how to facilitate the session.
